It creates a sample budget from illustrative rates. A real quotation requires an agreed scope, local costs and a site assessment.
Can I plan a renovation?+
Yes. Select Renovations & additions and enter an approximate floor area and finish level.
Are the projects real client work?+
They are clearly labelled fictional project studies created for this website specimen.
